The Lionhearts series of Horse Shows is a friendly, fun day out suitable for all ages and abilities, with classes for every kind of horse or pony and some of the best rosettes around! All are welcome, from the absolute newcomer to showing to the producer with a young horse needing to gain experience.
We are a small team of experienced professionals dedicated to bringing you the very best local events, and help and advice is freely given at the secretary’s desk – if unsure, just ask!
Both our winter and summer venues have been handpicked for their accessibility to main routes, super facilities and massive parking space so your day is as stress-free as possible. Winter shows run at Baker barracks, Thorney Island where we have indoor and outdoor surfaces, concrete parking and no mud! Summer shows run on a part of the very beautiful New Forest Showground, which needs no introduction.
A popular feature of both the Winter and Summer series is our Points Accumulator which is keenly contested. Points are automatically awarded for placings throughout the season, and some very special rosettes are given out at the last show. Good placing are achievable by ANYONE here – as the points are weighted in favour of those who are placed in a lot of classes rather that those who have won Championships.
